Hi, I’m Helen Craven,
I’m passionate about people, animals, nature & all things metaphysical
My background is in Equestrianism & Coaching. In 2017, I felt called to take a Holy Fire Reiki Class & this began a journey that shifted the focus of my passion into higher realms. Reiki unlocked new skills for me and enhanced those I already worked with, gently aligning me with my soul purpose.
Alongside Reiki, an Msc In Behaviour Change has led me to recognize and follow my passion for evolving our human emotional experience.
My focus is now to bring this blissful state to myself & my clients through Reiki practice, transformational coaching & spiritual work rooted in ancient wisdom, nature & animals (especially horses).
This is reflected in my work as a Holy Fire Karuna Reiki Master & ICRT Animal Reiki Master. I run my practice, ‘Best You Reiki’, with sessions and classes at home & online from my cozy Reiki Barn Retreat.
I also lead nature classes, sacred site tours & teach at locations throughout the UK.
Reiki sessions with me provide deep insights that lead to positive shifts and healing on physical, mental, emoitonal & spiritual levels.
