Hello and Welcome
I’m Helen , a Licensed Reiki Master Teacher (currently for Level I & II), Holy Fire® Reiki Master, Karuna® Reiki Master, and ICRT Animal Reiki Master Teacher and Reiki Coach. Guided by nature, animals, and a love of helping others grow, I support people in finding balance, healing, and transformation through Reiki and spiritual practice.
 About Me
With a background in equestrianism, coaching, and an MSc in Behaviour Change, I’m passionate about helping people find balance, emotional resilience, and transformation through Reiki, spiritual practice, and work rooted in nature, animals, and womb wisdom.
At my cozy Reiki Barn retreat in Derbyshire, UK, I offer Reiki sessions, transformational coaching, and Animal Reiki, creating a welcoming space where clients and students feel supported, empowered, and seen. I bring warmth, clarity, and a gentle sense of humor to my work, guiding others on their journey of healing and growth.
When I’m not teaching or practicing Reiki, you’ll often find me with horses, out in nature, or exploring new adventures and travel.
I also lead nature classes, sacred site tours & teach classes at locations throughout the UK & Europe
