At the healing with horses session at Scropton it was my priveledge to be chosen by Samdera (Dee) , Helen’s beautiful mare.  Initially walking around I didn’t feel connected with Dee.  She was following me but I was not being mindful.  After a 20 minute Reiki Meditation, where the horses directed the healing pocess, there was a  shift in awareness and empathy. Eventhough I am familiar with the effects of Reiki, I was stunned by the totally different connection with Dee in our relaxed walkabout in playfull mood.  Amazing, thoroughly reccomend ths experience.

Hi Helen thank you forletting us join in today.  I couldn’t really vocalise it earlier, but it was really quite a magical experince.  having Dee put her head right into my shoulder was so comforting. I’ve come away with a sense that things will be OK. William has told me he felt a happiness inside afterwards and he has been bursting into song this afetrnoon, which he hasn’t done in a long time. Thta is always a sign of ahppiness in William. He hs been having the most terrible time with anxiety and just life in general is really dificult for him, so thank you.

This has been a fantastic experience.  I’ve loved every minute of it, particularly the ignition 4 at arbor low  thank you Helen
