A beautiful journey of healing and spiritual growth sealed with a deeply spiritual experience at Arbour Low. Getting out to a sacred site really elevated the course. A closure of an old chapter coupled with a beautiful beginning of a new spiritual chapter. Thank you so much Helen for being part this journey with me

An experience that has expanded my view of reiki and strengthened my connection to the energies, and the differences between the energies. Very interesting and engaging, and loved the snacks!

I began my Holy Fire Master training feeling quite apprehensive, unsure of what to expect. However, from the very start Helen put me completely at ease. The three days were truly wonderful; nurturing, insightful, and deeply transformative. Helen is a wealth of wisdom, knowledge, and guidance, and her teaching is profoundly rooted in Reiki. She holds such a grounded, authentic presence that made the experience feel both safe and expansive. I leave feeling inspired, supported, and deeply grateful for the journey.
