Together, these pathways offer a holistic approach to living with greater balance, clarified purpose and embodied ease.

Equine Partnership

Reiki Riding Workshops

These small group workshops offer a practical and immersive opportunity to explore Reiki alongside your own horse, supporting the development of calm, confident and harmonious partnership.

Working within a supportive and relaxed environment, horse and rider are guided through simple awareness based exercises designed to deepen communication, shared regulation and mutual understanding. The focus is not on performance, but on cultivating presence, trust and ease within the relationship.

Each session includes a guided Reiki meditation, practical hands on work with your horse and time for reflection and integration over refreshments.

Whether you are looking to strengthen your connection with your horse, restore balance within your riding or explore Reiki in an equestrian context, these workshops provide a gentle and supportive space to do so.

Horse Led Healing Sessions

Harmony Through Horses weaves together Holy Fire® Reiki, ICRT Animal Reiki, nervous system awareness and practical horse based exercises to support deep and lasting wellbeing.

These sessions offer the opportunity to work alongside a carefully chosen member of the Harmony Through Horses equine wellbeing team, including I’m Spartacus, Samdera and Prince Alfie. Through calm, grounded interaction with the horse, participants are supported to develop emotional regulation, confidence and a greater sense of inner stability.

Sessions create space to slow down, reconnect with yourself and experience the restorative presence of the horse within a safe and supportive environment.

Session Structure

Sessions typically include grounding practices, guided Reiki meditation, connection time with the horse, simple practical exercises and a Reiki integration period.

Children’s Horse Led Healing Sessions

Play, regulate, learn and grow

A dedicated pathway designed to support children’s emotional wellbeing through playful horse based learning. Activities may include pole work, games, teamwork exercises and guided Reiki relaxation, all within a nurturing and supportive environment.

These sessions help restore balance, build confidence and support children to feel calm, creative and centred both within and beyond the arena.

An opportunity for deep connection with Earth energies following the Wheel of the Year & aligning with the seasons.
 
Nature helps us to connect in unity with the callings of the moment, to channel our deepest truths and draw closer to our most authentic expression.
 
Together we will be guided by nature,  in connection with the land, the cosmos & our highest truths to bring in the next steps of our individual jouneys & in doing so, raise the frequency of the planet.
 
This is a time of great expansion of human consciousness – you will be surprised at how quickly you can bring healing to yourself and align with your path.
 
These are fun and lighthearted celebrations of all that is and all that we are, in a beautiful setting, closely connected with the elements.

New Moon Series 2026

Join us for a year long journey through the 13 new moon cycles of 2026, guided by Nichole Olsen (USA) and Helen Craven (UK), both experienced Reiki practitioners.

Together we will create a safe and supportive online circle, offering space to reconnect with the quieter Yin qualities of the lunar cycle and to deepen personal awareness through shared practice.

Each gathering lasts approximately 90 minutes and blends Reiki, intuitive reflection and group connection. An accompanying online community space allows participants to continue their experience between sessions.

The series begins on Monday 12 January 2026 and continues on the Moonday closest to each new moon throughout the year.

Participants are welcome to join at any point.
