Harmony Through Horses

Harmony Through Horses weaves together Holy Fire® Reiki, ICRT Animal Reiki, nervous system awareness and practical horse based exercises to support deep and lasting wellbeing.

The Equine Partnership Series is designed to support the development of harmony between horse and rider. Through shared regulation, clear communication and calm presence, both horse and human are gently guided towards greater trust, confidence and mutual understanding.

These Reiki Riding Workshops offer the opportunity to explore this work alongside your own horse. While the focus is on partnership and relational development, many riders also notice wider benefits such as improved emotional balance, clarity and a more grounded approach to riding and horse care.

Horses are exquisitely attuned to emotional state and energetic presence. They respond honestly and immediately to regulation, calm and authenticity. As your nervous system begins to settle, your horse often mirrors that steadiness. In this shared field of awareness, partnership deepens naturally both on the ground and in ridden work.

This workshop provides a supportive and restorative space to strengthen your connection with your horse while learning practical tools that can be integrated into everyday equestrian life.
