Reiki for People
Reiki is a Japanese word that describes the channelling of the highest universal source energy (Rei) into our own life force (Ki) energy.
The channelling of this beautiful Reiki energy nourishes our human life force, restoring its vitality on all levels; our mind and mental processes, our physical body, our emotions, our spirit and our soul.
Reiki gently breaks down any build-up of negative energy, releasing it and reawakening our natural energy pathways. This restores balance and equilibrium, providing a natural return to health and wellbeing. Reiki also greatly assists with personal growth and feelings of positivity.
Reiki for Animals
Our animals can carry much of our distress and baggage around with them, often affecting their behaviours. One single Reiki session can be enough to release these energetic patterns or blocks and bring a deeper sense of understanding to our relationships with them. So often when I connect with an animal, I gain an insight which can help to unlock allusive problems, bringing light and relief to both parties.
Combined Session More often than not the riders and caregivers of animals are intrinsically connected to one another’s healing needs. This can often be determined during our online meet up or may become apparent during a session for your animal. We can then schedule time to enable a combined session where both you and your animal receive Reiki.
Reiki knows no bounds. Sessions can be conducted in person at your yard/home space or live online or through pictures of you and your animal.

Reiki Meditation Classes, Seminars & Workshops
As well as individual Human and Animal Reiki sessions, I also offer regular classes, seminars and workshops both online and in person. These have a general focus surrounding personal growth, self-awareness and self-healing with the aim of bringing peace of mind, life force replenishment and spiritual nourishment to our lives. A large part of each of these sessions involves a Reiki Meditation experience where each person is connected directly to the Reiki source and/or the Earth’s source to receive the energy they need for their own journey at that time. Reiki Training Courses
Human Reiki Training Channelling Reiki for ourselves and others is something that we are all naturally able to do. Connecting deeply with Reiki through a Best You training course is an amazing gift to bring to ourselves, to others and to our beautiful planet.
There are 3 levels of Reiki, with attunements to the Holy Fire III Reiki energy in the lineage of the Usui training system at each one. The Best You training system is certified by the International Centre for Reiki Training (ICRT) and completion of any level provides you with a certificate that meets international Reiki standards for use in all clinical settings. However, you may choose Reiki simply to experience the positive changes it will bring to your life, there is no requirement to practice professionally.
Each attunement and level will empower you to channel higher Reiki vibrations for greater healing. As we raise our own vibration with this wonderful energy, so too do we raise the vibration of our wonderful planet enabling greater peace and serenity for all.
The Holy Fire III Reiki works in a way that progressively brings our authentic self to the surface and leads us more clearly on our soul path.

Animal Reiki Training
Following a Reiki Level II attunement of any lineage, it is possible to take the Animal Reiki Training with Best You. There are 3 levels, each deepening and expanding on the knowledge and energy of previous levels. The Animal Reiki Training brings the potential to share Reiki with your beloved animals and help them in unbelievable ways to overcome a large range of issues. It is also deeply healing for your relationship with them and the way you experience the time you spend together. Animal Reiki brings us to a place of harmony with our animals that is really something to be experienced.
To achieve the Level 3 Animal Reiki Master, it is necessary to first take the Human level 3 Reiki Master.
