Horse Led Healing Sessions

Harmony Through Horses weaves together Holy Fire Reiki, ICRT Animal Reiki, nervous system awareness and practical horse-based exercises to support deep and lasting wellbeing.

Horses are exquisitely attuned to emotional state and energetic presence. They respond honestly and immediately to regulation, calm and authenticity. As your nervous system begins to settle, the horse often mirrors that steadiness. In that shared space of awareness, something quietly powerful unfolds.

These sessions create room for clarity, confidence and renewed trust in yourself and your abilities. Working alongside the Harmony Through Horses equine wellbeing team, you are supported to develop a grounded sense of ease that extends far beyond the arena. Over time, many people notice increased self-confidence, improved emotional regulation and a deeper feeling of inner stability in everyday life.

Sessions take place at Derby College Equestrian Centre and Scropton Horse Centre. Where practicable, sessions can also be brought to your own yard or chosen venue.

This is dedicated time to slow down, connect with a horse, and experience guided Reiki within a safe and supportive environment. You will gently lead the horse through simple exercises and receive a calming Reiki session alongside them.

New Moon Series 2026

Join us for a year-long journey through the 13 new moon cycles of 2026, guided by Nichole Olsen (USA) and Helen Craven (UK), both experienced Reiki practitioners. Together, we will create a safe, supportive circle to reconnect with the deep Yin energy of the moon, reawaken ancient wisdom, and invite transformation.

Each online gathering (approx. 90 minutes) blends Reiki, intuitive practice, and group connection, with an online community space to deepen the experience between sessions. Beginning on Monday 12th January 2026, we will continue to meet on each Moonday closest to the new moon throughout the year.
